We Stayed for 5 days, starting 28th Jan, and I cannot call it anything else but perfection. For hotel itself, room, lobby etc, I give them 5 stars with pleasure. But for service, eagerness of staff to help and satisfy your every whim I must give them 7 stars. I hope everybody gets the same treatment as we did. Superb!! Thank you. Close

Modern hotel. Room was spacious and really comfortable, huge bathroom. Room service was good and came quickly. Bar on top floor is nice but really pricey - check the menu to make sure you're not buying a $50 drink! Best hotel breakfast EVER - they had literally everything, from sushi to a crepe bar to smoothies. Front desk got little backed up in the morning. Close

I stayed for just over a week and the management responded admirably to the difficulties which I initially experienced, upgrading me to an absolutely superb suite. I find it impossible to criticise the Hotel, but the experience has left me feeling entirely flat and I have to say that the Crowne Plaza next door is for some reason a far more engaging experience. I cannot explain this, and given the Management's conspicuous generosity, I feel a little uncomfortable making this statement, but I will not be coming back any time soon. Close
