"Park Lane Hotel, Hong Kong"

4.0/5

A group of us stayed in this hotel recently as we needed to be in the Causeway Bay Area. We stayed for 6 days, during which time the hotel was fully booked. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the rooms large and clean, and good bathrooms in every room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast is served at ground level in a separate restaurant, with lots of choices, both western and Chinese. About a 2 minute walk to the MTR station, shops across the road, 24 hour grocery shop almost next door, and a park across the road. Very easy to get around, and easy to get from the hotel to the ferry service if you needed to get to even more shops on the other side of the harbour to Kowloon. Wifi was a little expensive, but we paid for a week's service, which worked out a bit cheaper. Would stay at this hotel again, especially if need to be in Causway Bay.

"Comfiest sleep ever"

My wife and I recently stayed here for 4 nights as the first leg of our honeymoon and were very pleased with the place. The bed is extremely comfy and the pillows are the comfiest things ever to touch my head, so much so that I have since been in touch to find out what they are. Location is decent and only a 2 minute walk from the subway. The only drawback is the in room wifi, they want too much money for it when in my opinion it should just be included. I bought a local SIM card for £9 with unlimited data and just used that as it was a fraction of the price. Overall tho, I'd go back here just for the quality of sleep.

"Clean, comfortable & nice location"

I stayed here overnight with my hubby last december for a quick business trip. The hotel staff were friendly & accommodating. We arrived early before check in time since we had an early flight, although we were not able to stay in the room right away since there wasnt any available room yet, we left our luggage and check in was quick and hassle free. It really is good for business travelers, you don't get the hassle of waiting long lines for the check in counter along with other "package tour" travelers. Checking in was a breeze.. Their staff ( bell boy, security, frontdesk associates, waiters, were ALL friendly and accommodating). I will definitely stay here again if I want to stay in the Causeway Bay area of HK. What I also love about the hotel js the comfortable bed and the spotless clean room :) as well as the breakfast and location is great as well... Ikea is just in the same bldg and shops are everywhere. A big grocery store is also just a few steps away from the hotel too, it alos is just a quick qalk from MTR stations. Will definitely recommend this hotel especially to business travellers!

"A favorite to stay at in Causeway Bay"

I've stayed at Park Lane Hotel numerous times already. Coincidentally, this is the very first hotel I've stay at during my first visit to Hong Kong (15 years ago or so). During my last stay, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a bigger room (in a smoking area though). Since we expected good service and quality from the establishment, we didn't mind being upgraded to a smoking floor as the scent didn't bother us that much. Our room was clean (as always) and well kept. The hotel is a walking distance away from the Causeway Bay MTR station. Likewise, there is a mall right across the hotel and numerous shopping places nearby (Sogo, Time Square a bit further, etc). Along the side door, a 24-hour supermarket can also be accessed. Overall, I'd still stay at this hotel time and time over.

"6 days at Park Lane"

Been coming to this hotel for several years, about once or twice per year. This trip spent 6 days so worth taking a "Business Club" room. The included perks in the business package largely make up for the extra cost (separate check-in, free wireless, non-alcoholic mini bar bev and snacks, local calls, plus 20% disc on Laundry, F&B outlets in hotel and Bus. Ctr services, free breakfast, 6-8pm drinks and snacks in lounge), which would otherwise easily take you well beyond the cost if staying in a less expensive standard room. Very pleasant staff, helpful and professionnal. Very convenient location with easy access off the Victoria Park Rd, the Cross Harbour Tunnel and just across the street from Victoria Park. Causeway Bay shopping just around the corner. A very good value hotel.
