"Great location"

Park Lane is situated right in the middle of bustling Causeway Bay. Everything is within minutes including the MTR, grocery stores, Starbucks, the bank, and McDonald's, all essential to my family. The room was fairly small for a family of 4 but it was clean. We also had a great sweeping view of Victoria Park and a bit of the Harbor. I appreciate how the lobby receptionist gave us a room on the 18th floor, away from the noise of the construction going on at the lower floors. Great to also avail of their 4PM check out since our flight left at 8.30pm, and the free wifi. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel has been revamped and is top quality. Ask for a Victoria Park facing room, the views are great! It strategically located in causeway bay, very easy to get around.The location is also close to the MTR within 3 minutes walk and it is the best way to reach Hong Kong or Kowloon. This hotel is 5 star all the way and the staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Concierge and housekeeping was very helpful and friendly.

A hotel with excellent service staff and clean rooms. Room size is relatively bigger than any average Hong Kong hotels and it is also situated in the busy shopping district of Causeway Bay. Food, supermarket, eateries are examples of basic amenities that this hotel is near to while the nearby Causeway Bay Station makes it accessible to and from all parts of Hong Kong.

Excellent service, great food, great position, friendly staff. Stayed here for business meetings close to causway bay and in central. really enjoyed this hotel. Concierge was super helpful, housekeeping was super responsive to all my requests. Would appreciate an iron and ironing board in the room, not have to order each time I needed one (every day)

This hotel was my regular hotel while I lived in Guangzhou. I crossed over almost every month for a weekend. I normally got the deluxe room. It is spacious for Hong Kong standard and clean. It strategically located in causeway bay, very easy to get around, metro just 5 min walk, near to Times Square, I have few regular restaurants in Times Square on the 13 floors. There all are very good! The hotel bar is classic, pleasant to just hang around there instead heading to Lan Kwai fong. It definitely would have the popular sport channels on!
