St. John Hotel Restaurant : Since St. John Hotel follows hot on the footsteps of Fergus Henderson's other culinary strongholds, you can expect a head chef that knows what he's doing. A menu of unrestrained carnality. Henderson's near-religious zeal for 'nose to tail' eating continues apace here, but offal-fearers need not be scared: there are a few leafy, green options too, and a daily fish special.

St. John Hotel Bar : The bar is at the heart of the building and follows the rhythms of the hotel, calm in the morning through to the enjoyment of the evening. Open to non-residents and non-diners, the bar is a serene place where one can sip an ice cold Martini below the ghostly form of a blue whale's belly and also enjoy some delightful treats that are not available in the hubbub of the restaurant below.

: The hotel provides excellent 24 hour room service, mini-bar & telephone (all available at extra cost). Queen rooms all now have open plan bathrooms.
