  • Direction to the Property from Airport AUH - Drive along Emirates road 311 towards Sharjah. Take Exit 55 -Deira- Al Garhoud- to Al Rebat Road. Follow the sign Festival City. Direction to the Property from Airport DXB - From the airport- follow the direction for Garhoud and Al Rehad Street. Once on Al Rehad- take the first exit toward Festival City on the left and make a right turn at the traffic light. The hotel is on the right. Direction to the Property from Airport SHJ - Drive along Emirates Road 311 towards Abu Dhabi. Take Exit 55 -Deira- Al Garhoud- to Al Rebat Road. Follow the sign Festival City. Direction to the Property from East - On Dubai Al Ain Rd -E66- from Al Ain- the road becomes Oud Metha Rd after the E66 and E44 interchange approximately 110 km from Al Ain. Follow direction to Business Bay Bridge. On the bridge keep right and take the first exit in direction of the hotel. Direction to the Property from North - On Ittihad St -e11- from Sharjah follow sign to Al Garhoud Bridge passing Dubai International Airport on left. 2 km on approaching Al Garhoud Bridge take the right lane to Umm Ramool onto Al Rebat St -d83. Travel 1.5 km and take right exit at signal into Dubai Festival City. Turn left at signal to the hotel. Direction to the Property from South - On Sheikh Zayed Rd -e11- from Abu Dhabi- follow directions to Al Garhoud Bridge. Keep in right lane over the bridge. Take first exit right and then right again onto Al Rebat St -d83-. Travel 1.5 km and take right exit at signal into Dubai Festival City. Turn left at signal to the hotel. Direction to the Property from West - From Deira- follow directions to Garhoud Bridge and Ras Al Khor. On approach to the bridge- keep right towards Rebat Street. Follow directions to Marsa Plaza and Dubai Festival City. Turn right at the signal and take the next left in direction of the hotel.

From the moment we entered the impressive reception, through seeing the unbelievable room for the first time, visiting the spa, dining in the restaurant to being waved off by the unbelievably attentive staff, I don't think our experience could have been better. As you'd expect in Dubai, they run a slick operation here, with great attention to detail and a wonderful welcome. Every member of staff was helpful, courteous and seemed happy to be working there. If we ever get the chance to return to Dubai, this hotel would undoubtedly be our first choice.

Great hotel with great service spacious rooms overlooking the sea ... you can access festival mall from the hotel no need to get out...great restaurants... cafes... Delius breakfast ;;;great swimming pool breathtaking views of the bay . if you are looking for luxury ...good time ...great service ...shopping ...this is the perfect hotel i just love it ...

We frequently travel to Dubai and can always be assured of a pleasant and comfortable stay here at the InterContinental Dubai Festival City. Their very attentive hotel staff always make you feel at home. We choose the executive club level because of their superb staff and amenities and the more private feeling of a club. The service there is impeccable and the food presentations and drinks are outstanding. They continue to exceed our expectations every time. We always recommend staying here to our friends and acquaintances.

This property has everithing right for a pleasant stay. I've been in a superior room and it was very spacious, with a huge bathroom and an astonishing shower with view. Contemporary sleek design, no gold no marble. It is also directly connected to Festival City shopping mall. It is close to airport, 20' from the city, 40' or more from Dubai Marina.

I loved staying here. Thank you to the manager and all the great staff! I liked the large pool, i liked the skylounge and the food there. I was there for the annual literature Emirates festival. The room was pleasant and spacious, so yes worth the money.
