"What a fantastic Hotel"

We stayed two nights at the hotel. From our arrival the staff were extremely courteous and friendly, but on the first day my husband had an accident from then on the staff were absolutely fantastic, they just could not do enough to help even though the hotel was totally blameless. Everyone from the valet, concierge and management staff showed so much concern and consideration to us, they had a beautiful arrangement of flowers, pastries and chocolate delivered to our room and were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. We would like to commend all staff, in particular Hassan, Roshan and Larunzu.

Had an opportunity to stay at this property on business. Hotel is just 20 min drive from Dubai Terminal No.2 and front office staff was very helpful and efficient. Room is very spacious and comfortable with a good view of the creek. Highlight of my stay was having breakfast in open lawns next to the pool overlooking Dubai creek with sparrows and pigeons flying down to my table chirping for their share. That experience is awesome. Stay was very comfortable and check out settlement was very smooth

I had a lovely experience when I stayed at the hotel. The personalized welcome message on the screen in the room was just proof of how much the hotel has a personal touch. It was quite refreshing and I felt very welcomed. The staff are very friendly. The view from the rooms is exquisite. Its simply breathtaking! I just felt that I did not do justice to my stay there as I only stayed one night.

Had an occasion to stay for one night only recently, very good location and good advantage of mall with a food court available for extended evenings, The experience of stay was excellent. No reasons to complain.

Went on a business trip and stayed there given proximity to local office. The hotel is very near to the airport (i.e. less than 15 minutes away) and is next to InterContinental hotel. Check in was a breeze, people at registration were very friendly and accommodating. Went up to the room and found out I was upgraded to a larger room (nice!) which had a nice view of the creek/river and could see the Burj Al Khalifa. Swimming pool and other facilities were also nice, and coupled with the friendly staff, you'll always feel welcomed. My only complaint (a small one) is that the breakfast buffet was the same every day, could have benefited from at least some variety especially for those who are there more than 2-3 days. Walking distance to Festival City Mall, which has Ikea, a large hypermarket, and even Hard Rock Café. Not the largest mall when compared to the others, but if you wanted to buys something for the kids, this helps. For the golfers there is a golf course only minutes from the hotel with complimentary shuttle service Note - if you want to head into the "centre" of Dubai where the Burj and Dubai mall is, it's about 20-25 minutes by taxi.
