What is Tigerair's luggage allowance?
Tigerair allows you to take up to 10 kg of hand luggage on board for free. In keeping with the no-frills airline standard any checked luggage requires additional payment. You pay for the weight of your luggage and can book at any time up to four hours before departure, via the call centre or online. You can also check in luggage at the airport, however in this case, you will be limited to a maximum of 15 kg. Any luggage over this maximum weight will be charged at the current excess baggage price. Passengers who booked together under the same reservation may pool their luggage allowance.
