Northern Ireland, 1981. The Carney farmhouse is a hive of activity with preparations for the annual harvest. A day of hard work on the land and a traditional night of feasting and celebrations lie ahead. But this year they will be interrupted by a visitor.

Ticket Information

  • Your tickets will be held for you to collect at the venue's box office one hour before the performance. 
  • Please collect at the earliest opportunity, and at the latest by 6.30pm for 7pm performances, 1pm at the latest for 1.30pm matinee performances.
    Please remember to bring along your confirmation email as proof of purchase.

The Ferryman - Event information

Please note the earlier than usual start time of 19:00 for evening performances and 13:30 for matinee performances. For evening performances a theatre bar will be open from 6.15pm and the auditorium will open at 6.30pm. For matinee performances the bar and auditorium will open at 1pm. 

Performances will start promptly at 19:00 so please arrive at the theatre in plenty of time - latecomers will not be admitted to the theatre auditorium until a suitable break in the performance. 

Please note that no hot food will be permitted into the auditorium and food cannot be stored at the theatre.

Show running time: 3 hours 15 minutes including one 15 minute interval between Acts One and Two and a brief pause between Acts Two and Three
